200-hour Yoga Teacher Training
" I thought I would just be learning about the physical aspect of yoga, but I ended up learning about how to take care of my mind, body, and spiritual self and to help others do the same. Yoga Teacher Training at Barefoot has changed me in so many positive ways, and I can't wait to share what I have learned with my community. " - E. S.
