The Park, the country’s first national park, includes sites like Old Faithful and Yellowstone Grand Canyon. Yellowstone is also renown for its herds of wildlife like buffalo. Masie, your Host & Guide, will be offering daily yoga and meditation classes, easy group trail hikes, and group reiki sessions.
All skill level students may join this retreat. Beginner yoga students are welcome and encouraged to join. Masie will be leading gentle, stretching yoga classes with a focus on creating a meditation practice. Local hikes will be at the easy to moderate skill level so that all may enjoy.

What is a Geyser?
A geyser is a crack in the earth’s surface that ejects both water and steam due to high pressure. Each one is unique and considered an amazing phenomenon.
Yellowstone’s most famous geyser is Old Faithful. It’s frequent and predictable eruptions have occurred over a million times since the park first opened to the public. A few less known named geysers include Lonestar, Minute Man, Thumb, Whistle, Sprinkler, and Big Cone.
Our retreat will allow us two consecutive days in the park to fully experience everything Yellowstone has to offer. All trail hikes are easy to moderate and we are not expecting our guests to have hiking experience. Just a good pair of walking shoes and a desire to find adventure in nature.
