Slow Flow – Shoulders
Take time and breath with me as we focus on “shoulder-openers.”
In this class we slow down the body's movement to find more breath within each posture of our practice exploring the present moment. Take time and breath with me as we focus on "shoulder openers," a yogic phrase that represents the challenge of stretching, strengthening, and creating flexibility in the shoulders, chest, and upper back. Props optional. Includes a short period of savasana or seated meditation at the end of our practice.
