A combination of vinyasa flow and restorative poses to create a balanced practice.

Flow through a modified varitaion of Sun Sal B postures connecting with your breath and listening to the needs of your body with a Slow Flow Vinyasa. Towards the end of class we will switch to a restorative practice of postures that bring full relaxation of the body, mind, and breath.
