Stretch

Take the time to really stretch your body out. We will offer yoga postures that offer range of motion for the body’s largest muscles. This may include standing and seated postures with movement and breath controlled guidance. Yoga props you may want to have: blocks, strap, blanket.

Flow & Restore

Flow through postures connecting with your breath and listening to the needs of your body with a Slow Flow Vinyasa. Towards the end of class we will switch to a restorative practice of postures that bring full relaxation of the body, mind, and breath. Meditation is included.

Beginners Hatha

Yoga basics for beginner yoga students. This class works on individual postures for better alignment and the process of learning how to modify your poses. Yoga props you may want to have: blocks, strap, bolster, blanket.

Restorative

Take it easy….very gentle movements focused on breath and relaxation. Similar to yin yoga, this class will allow you time to stay in the postures to reap the greatest potential for your connective tissue. This is where flexibility is created. Yoga props you may want to have: blocks, bolster, blanket.

Slow Flow

Slow down the body’s movement to find more breath within each posture exploring the present moment. Includes standing and floor postures with emphasis on listening to your body’s needs in the moment. Take time and breath with me. Meditation included.

Empower Flow

Step up your yoga practice to a challenging sequence of Sun Salutations and balancing postures. This class speeds up our Vinyasa Flow creating internal body heat so be prepared to sweat! 5 mins will be dedicated at the end for our favorite resting pose – savasana.

Vinyasa Flow

This class is the toughest of our vinyasa flow offerings. Limited alignment cues and continuous movement will draw on your memorization skills and knowledge of yoga to move you across your mat. Be prepared to get sweaty!

Outdoor Yoga

Find movement of body in nature under a beautiful black walnut tree. Bring your mat, water, towel, and bug spray. Social distancing will be honored. Arrive 5-10 mins early.
