Yoga is a practice of creating flexibility, learning to focus on your breath, and finding a quiet state of mind. Yoga is a practice and is accessible to all students based on the style of yoga that is best for your body. Please read the following descriptions. We have written them based on how you will feel during class.
***A NOTE FOR BEGINNER STUDENTS ***
There is a difference between Novice and Beginner skill levels!
Novice students have never done yoga and have not been physically active.
Beginner students are currently practicing and are physically active.
